We collect information you provide directly (such as when you create an account, book a demo, or upload lead/contact data) and information generated through use of our services (such as call metadata, call recordings and transcripts, and prospect profiles created by our AI sales agent, Morgan).

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, improve, and secure our services; to place and manage outbound communications you authorize; to communicate with customers; and to meet legal obligations.

Voice calls and recordings

When you use Zigdale to contact prospects:

• We process phone numbers and related lead data you provide or upload.
• Our AI sales agent, Morgan, may place outbound voice calls on your behalf.
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, coaching, compliance, and product operation.
• Prospects may hear spoken disclosures that the call involves an AI and/or that the call is recorded, according to settings you control and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the people whose numbers you provide to Zigdale.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (for example, our telecommunications provider Twilio Inc. for voice, and our customer support tooling) is permitted strictly to the extent necessary to provide those services.
