These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zigdale's website and AI sales services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Services

You agree to use Zigdale's services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable telecommunications and data protection laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

SMS Service

By verbally consenting during a phone call with our AI sales agent Morgan, you authorize Zigdale to send you SMS messages related to scheduling, booking links, and follow-up to our conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies.

You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Zigdale SMS message. You may request assistance by replying HELP. Zigdale will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent records with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree to use Zigdale's SMS service only in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-level analogues. You will not use Zigdale to send unsolicited, harassing, or fraudulent communications.

Meeting Guarantee

Zigdale offers a 30-day meeting guarantee: if Zigdale does not book you a qualified meeting within your first 30 days, your second month's fee is waived. "Calling Commencement" means the date Zigdale first places outbound calls on your behalf. The 30-day guarantee period runs from Calling Commencement, and not from the date of signup or payment. No waiver, credit, or refund is available before Calling Commencement occurs, and any delay in providing a call list, required approvals, or onboarding information postpones Calling Commencement, and the guarantee period, accordingly. A "qualified meeting" is a meeting that is held, not merely booked, with a decision-maker or economic buyer at a company matching your stated target profile who engages with genuine evaluation intent. No-shows, gatekeeper-only or wrong-number calls, off-profile companies, and meetings you sourced yourself do not count. One qualified meeting within the period satisfies the guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zigdale shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
